Lara holds a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy as well has Medical Science and later earned her Master’s degree in Pain Management.
She is a manual therapist, course leader and lecturer for the Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Course and founder of Lara Davis Physiotherapy Inc.
Her philosophy is patient-centric, and she believes in the holistic management of her patients. Her individualised treatment approach aims to restore self-efficacy and optimal functionality and includes manual therapy, intensive patient education, symptom and lifestyle modification as well as rehabilitation. She has cultivated a special interest in recurrent and chronic conditions within the sporting and general population.
Lara has accompanied Team South Africa as team physiotherapist to the Youth Olympics and Commonwealth Games, amongst others.
