General Dry Needling Update

Please note that any cancellations of paid seats 4 weeks before the course will be eligible for a 90% refund.

Cancellations between 2 and 4 weeks before a course will be eligible for an 80% refund.

NO refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks of a course unless the seat can be filled in which case we will
refund 80% of the course fee.

Course fees will be refunded in full if Edu-Works changes a course date or cancels a course. Notification will be made no less than 5 working days prior to the planned start date of the course.

I have read and understood the policy on cancellations and refunds above.

I understand that all Edu-Works courses are subject to minimum numbers and Edu-Works reserves the right to reschedule, cancel or close courses if necessary.
 
I understand that ODNS courses are practical courses where an invasive procedure is carried out. I will be prepared to undress suitably (bearing in mind cultural and religious sensitivities), and to be needled as a model unless medically unfit to do.

I am voluntarily participating in this Activity. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this Activity, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Activity location or facility. Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this Activity, whether known or unknown to me, including travel to and from the Activity or any events incidental to this Activity.
